Pontiac Mills Redevelopment

Key Corporation was subcontracted to perform all of the below-grade site improvements for the redevelopment of this historic mill complex in Warwick, RI. The work included the removal of existing underground tanks, demolition of building slabs and filling of interior basements. Key Corp. also installed the new sewer system servicing a total of 10 buildings- which included an 8,000 gallon prefabricated duplex pump station and 4” force main. The scope of our work also included site drainage improvements, building water services and subgrade preparation for pavements.
