Key Corporation was subcontracted by TRAC Builders to handle the site work involved with this project. The work included site preparation work for a new 9,000 square foot 3-story building. Over 6,000 cubic yards of fill were placed to create the new driveways and parking areas surrounding the building. Site drainage systems were installed as well as sewer, water and electric utilities. A 6,200 square foot wall was built around three sides of the building to retain the driveways and parking areas surrounding the building.
